Oh, hai! I read books, then I write down what I think of them.
Strictly speaking, I ought to give this book three stars because it was everything I thought it would be: fluffy hokum *full* of exclamation marks and wafer-thin characterisation. But, it did the job. I paid just over a quid for it and I got just over a quids worth of value. Sophie Kinsella is great at what she does: entertaining well enough for me to want to punch her manic pixie girl MC in the throat without wanting the throw the book across the room. It's not something great and brilliant, but if you are after something fluffy which isn't going to tax your brain, teach you anything, or deal with Big Issues, this does the job perfectly.
